How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you can track its progress in several ways:

1,  Track on Our Website

 

Click the “Track Your Order” link at the top of our homepage.
Enter your order number or the tracking number we emailed to you.

 

2.    Track from Your Email

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email titled:
“A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way.”
Simply click the tracking number in the email to see the delivery status.

3.    Track in Your Dwarves Account

A. Find the order in "order history";

B. click the "order number" you will see the order details;

C. Click the" tacking number" to get the tracking information.

4.    Track Using the Shop App

Go to apple store and search “Shop”.

Open shop app and login your account which is the same with your account in dwarvesshoes.com. If not, Please connect account.

Click the button , you will see all the orders and their state.

Click the order, you will see the order receipt and contact and our store too.

Turn on notifications in the app to get real-time tracking updates.
