How to Track
Once your order ships, you can track its progress in several ways:
1. Track on Our Website
Click the “Track Your Order” link at the top of our homepage. Enter your order number or the tracking number we emailed to you.
2. Track from Your Email
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email titled: “A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way.” Simply click the tracking number in the email to see the delivery status.
3. Track in Your Dwarves Account
- Find the order in “Order History”.
- Click the order number to view order details.
- Click the tracking number to get the tracking information.
4. Track Using the Shop App
- Go to the App Store and search “Shop”.
- Open the Shop app and log in with the same account you use on dwarvesshoes.com. If they are different, please connect your account.
- Click the button to see all your orders and their status.
- Click an order to view the order receipt, contact info, and our store.
- Turn on notifications in the app to get real-time tracking updates.
