Follow these simple steps to place an order on DwarvesShoes.com. If you have any trouble, please contact us.

Step 1: Add Items to Your Cart

Add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart.

  • Select the size, color, or quantity if necessary.
  • Click “ADD TO CART”.
  • Alternatively, you can check out directly using “Buy with PayPal” — log in to your PayPal account and complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with your card instead.
  • Click the “More payment options” button to see express checkout options including PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

Step 2: Review Your Cart

Review your selected items before proceeding to checkout.

  • Click the shopping bag icon at the top right corner to review your selected items and make any changes if necessary.
  • Click “CHECKOUT” when you are ready to place your order, or click “CONTINUE SHOPPING” to keep browsing.

Step 3: Choose Your Checkout Method

You can use Express Checkout with PayPal, Shop Pay, or Google Pay. If you do not have an account, you can pay directly with your card. You can also log in to your Dwarves account.

  • Select “Sign In” if you already have an account — your information will be filled in automatically.
  • Select “New to Dwarves” to register with your email address.
  • Fill in your shipping address. If you have a discount code, enter it here, then click “Continue to Shipping”.

Step 4: Confirm Shipping Details

Confirm your contact information and address, choose your shipping method, and click “Continue to Payment”.

Step 5: Choose Your Payment Method

Select your payment method — “Credit Card”, “Shop Pay”, or “PayPal”. Fill in your billing address and click “Pay Now”.

  • If you would like faster checkout next time, you can choose to save your information.

Step 6: Complete Payment

If you choose PayPal, log in to complete the payment.

If you choose Credit/Debit Card, enter your card details to finish.

If you choose Shop Pay, log in to your Shop Pay account to proceed.

NOTES:
  • We will begin processing your order upon receipt of payment, and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after.
  • You can check your order status and track your parcel in My Orders after logging in to your account on our site or in the Shop app.
