5,How long will it take for my shoes to arrive?

We process your order within 3-5 business days. We ship from china ,about 5-15 days to all over the world.

6,Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can. Your shipping confirmation email will feature tracking via USPS.and also your dwarves account

7,My shipment never arrived. What do I do?

On very rare occasions, an order does not arrive as planned. We ask that you use your tracking number to track your package on the USPS website before calling or emailing to ensure that there is an error.

Log into your dwarves account, click on the order you wish to track and the tracking number will be provided. If you do not have an account, please check the shipping email dwarves send to you .If you have attempted to track your order in USPS and there is a problem with the shipment, please contact USPS. Once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to discuss the shipment with USPS as per their rules.

If a package is missing, you will need to submit a ticket to USPS and send that ticket to us. We are happy to replace missing orders, however all requests must be submitted in a timely manner, within 30 days of the day of purchase.

8,How do I exchange or return my shoes?

You may RETURN most items sold by BabyLegs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less original S&H fee). Please see Section 8 of the Terms of Use for our full return policy.

9,What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by dwarves.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer must pay shipping cost as a result of their own error (ex: wrong size). dwarves.com will pay any return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
