If you’re not sure which size to choose, please start by measuring your feet. Then email us at customer@dwarvesshoes.com, and we’ll help you find the right size.
The sizes listed on our product pages are U.S. women’s sizes, excluding the JAV series. We use Chinese sizing during production, but all sizes are carefully converted to U.S., EU, and UK sizes based on foot length and width. In most cases, your usual size will fit well.
To make it easier, we’ve created a size conversion chart showing foot length in centimeters and how it compares to U.S., European, U.K., and Chinese sizes.

About width: size 7.5 fits a foot length of 24 cm and width of 9 cm. Both the width and length increase by approximately 0.5 cm with each size up.

How to Measure Your Feet
Find a piece of white paper, place your foot on it, and mark the distance from your heel to the tip of your longest toe. Please note that your foot must be firmly flat on the floor when measuring both length and width. Measure without shoes, but with socks similar to those you plan to wear with the shoes you are purchasing.
International delivery is not always straightforward these days, and returns can sometimes be easy but other times difficult and expensive. Please confirm return procedures with your local carrier office.
We are Chinese craftsmen. All shoes ship from China and are returned to China. We are working toward offering return services to warehouses in the United States, but this is not yet available.

www.dwarvesshoes.com is the only official site of the “Dwarves” brand. We do not have any other site selling Dwarves shoes. There are many imitation sites, but they are not us — they cannot replicate our shoe quality or customer service.
