Data Deletion Instructions

At Dwarves Shoes, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you have used Google Login or Facebook Login to access your account and wish to request deletion of your data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your data that was shared through Google Login or Facebook Login, you can:

  1. Delete your account directly: Sign in to your account at account.dwarvesshoes.com and navigate to your account settings to delete your account.
  2. Contact us: Send an email to our support team at customer@dwarvesshoes.com with your data deletion request. Please specify which login method you used (Google or Facebook).

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

For Google Login users:

  • Your email address associated with your Google account
  • Account information linked to Google authentication
  • Any personal data collected through Google sign-in

For Facebook Login users:

  • Your email address associated with your Facebook account
  • Account information linked to Facebook authentication
  • Any personal data collected through Facebook sign-in

General account data:

  • Your customer profile information
  • Saved addresses
  • Account preferences

Data Retention

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Order history for accounting and tax purposes
  • Transaction records as required by law
  • Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

Revoking Social Login Access

In addition to requesting data deletion from Dwarves Shoes, you may also want to revoke our access to your social accounts:

For Google:

  1. Go to your Google Account
  2. Navigate to Security > Third-party apps with account access
  3. Find "Dwarves Shoes" and click Remove Access

For Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Click on Apps and Websites
  3. Find "Dwarves Shoes" and click Remove

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.
