As we welcome the Year of the Horse, our team is preparing for the Spring Festival—the most cherished time in China for family reunions and celebrating new beginnings. To honor this tradition and give our hardworking craftsmen a well-deserved rest, we will be taking a short break.

🗓 Holiday Schedule

February 12th – February 23rd, 2026 (12 Days)

• Production: Our workshop will be closed during this period. No shoes will be handcrafted during these 12 days.

• Ordering: Our website remains open! You can place orders as usual.

• Shipping: We will resume production and shipping in the order received starting February 24th.

• Customer Service: We are still here for you! Our team will reply to emails (customer@dwarvesshoes.com) within 24 hours.

🚚 Important Shipping Deadlines

To ensure you receive your shoes (especially for Valentine’s Day) before our holiday:

1. Made-to-Order Styles (30% of our collection): Please order before February 1st. These require time for our craftsmen to hand-make your pair.

2. In-Stock Styles (70% of our collection): Please order before February 11th. We will ship all ready-made orders before the break starts on the 12th.

1. Choosing the Right Size Selecting the perfect fit is key. Please consider your foot length, width, and shape, as well as the specific shoe design (slim fit vs. loose fit).
