Normally to US is 7- 15 days; to Canada is 6- 10 days; to Australia is 10-20 days. When we shipped the shoes, you will receive a email named "A shipment from order ##### is on the way". Simply click the tracking number to get tracking information, All the updates will show on this page, when the shoes arrive US, will be delivered by usps, Then You will see the usps tracking number in this page. Other countries will be delivered by Post Office too.

We have faced many difficulties in 2024 too . Even when our customer service team does everything they can, there are still some customers who remain dissatisfied and charge back, we lost the shoes and money. Because we offer a wide variety of designs, items that are not in stock require a production time of one week or more. Variations in leather batches from our suppliers can sometimes result in color differences. The world is vast, and each country has its own logistics system, making it difficult for us to control last-mile delivery. As a small shoe studio with very low prices, we often receive requests for free returns and exchanges, which we currently cannot afford. Implementing free returns would lead to closure unless we raise prices or require customers to purchase shipping insurance. Customs' control and fees on returns and exchanges have led to increased costs for us. Difficulties are not unique to us, but we believe we will grow stronger through them.
