Considering your foot length and wide, and foot shape to choose the size, please considering the shoes design too, some are for wide foot, some for thin foot and some for normal foot, some styles are loose fit and some are slim fit.

The second important question is about Tracking:

Normally to US is 7- 15 days; to Canada is 6- 10 days; to Australia is 10-20 days. When we shipped the shoes, you will receive a email named "A shipment from order ##### is on the way". Simply click the tracking number to get tracking information, all the updates will show on this page, when the shoes arrive US, will be delivered by usps, then You will see the usps tracking number in this page. Other countries will be delivered by Post Office too.

We have faced many difficulties in 2023 which affected by COVID-19 . A large number of material suppliers have gone bankrupt, we have to spend a lot of time re integrating the supply chain. There are many sites copy us which make our customers confused. Logistics companies often raise prices. Please believe that everything will be better in 2024.
