I had a good user experience on the Dwarves website. The website was easy to navigate, on both my phone and computer. I love how easy it was to switch over the prices to my own currency (CAD) so I knew exactly how much everything was. The sizing guide was helpful and accurate. I also appreciated how often the website encouraged and coached me how to find and use the sizing guide. Finally, I was pleased with how easy it was to find the return policy. The return policy was clear and legible, as well as very fair in my opinion. Overall, the website's transparency gave me trust in the company's honesty and product's quality, and ultimately was what gave me confidence to make a purchase. I would love to see a greater diversity of models in the future photos of Dwarves products, but otherwise I have no notes on function or clarity. I look forward to returning to this website to browse next time I need a new pair of shoes!

Got my shoes very comfortable, but unfortunately right shoe darker in color you can tell. Probably send me one that been sitting on display too long? Not cool. But shoes are soft and comfortable

This makes me look for the Widest Shoes I can Find . I have purchased 2 pair so far .
The leather stretches ,
But I wish the bottom, the Rubber was a tiny bit wider … more like a Man’s Shoe .
Trying to buy ladies shoes with more of a man fit .. can that happen ?

I am so extremely happy with these shoes! The leather is buttery soft. They are so well made and true to size. I have wanted a pair of these for some time. When I saw them in my size I ordered them immediately. I am so glad I did.

I received them in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints.

I purchased my first pair of Dwarves shoes and I love them so much. The Women's Ankle Boots Oxford's with the wide toe box are so comfortable, like I barely felt like I was wearing shoes at all! I love how funky the wide toe box is on these boots...not only does it make them very comfortable, it makes them unique. I have purchased them in brown!!!

I had submitted an order and just after placing the order I realized I made a mistake in my order, I had submitted the wrong shoe size. I immediately resubmitted a new order with the right size and also advised the company to cancel my previous order. 24hres later they wrote back and canceled the transaction and refunded me.

Im bought the shoes for second time.. It is surprisingly quick and well packed.. Im very satisfied with the service and products..

I’m really happy with the shoes. I have to say I hesitated when I realised that they came from China however the quality, customer service the postage was exceptional.

The shoes are exactly as shown on the website. A beautiful rich brown soft leather with a cushiony but supportive sole. I am a size 5, which is so hard to come by in Canada, and they fit perfectly! I ordered on July 18th, and they were on my feet by July 30th. Highly recommend
